The QR code is included with and can be accessed from the order confirmation email. If you are having problems finding the order confirmation email. Please see the FAQ: Where Can I Find My Order Summary?
Accessing the QR Code from Order Confirmation
1. Open the email and click View your order.
2. The order will be opened. The QR code for installing your eSIM will be displayed. Follow the instructions on page to complete the installation.
Accessing the QR Code from Manage your eSIMs
1. Login to your Lufthansa account.
2. Click on Manage my eSIMs located at the top of the page in the menu bar.
3. Locate the eSIM you wish to install and click on Install eSIM.
4. Follow the steps in the install guide.
